Welcome to my blog! I'm so happy you are here and I know we will have a wonderful year! Here is a little bit about me.
Hi, I'm Ms. Lopina. I am originally from the Philippines, teacher by profession and migrated to Canada in 2009. I am passionate about everything I do whether it is small or big I put my heart, my mind and my soul to it. I am a good planner and a goal getter in my personal or professional life. I love teaching Mathematics and Financial Literacy. I love numbers. People would describe me as workaholic but that's just my norms. My philosophy is "it is my duty and responsibility to help any child in my classroom succeeds whatever it takes." And as an educator, I'm here to make a difference, to learn to inspire and to teach the value of education. Most of my students would come back and/or messaged and would say, quote "Thank you for all your help" and "Thank you for not giving up on us". I am also big into communication. I communicate with you(students) and your parents/guardians. I believed that “TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR EDUCATION" Let's work together and believe in yourself coz I believe in you.
I have been teaching senior high school Math here at Eagleview Comprehensive High School for 7 years, it is my 8th year this fall and I am excited to meet you all and begin this 2020-2021 school year.
